Darren has always been passionate about health and fitness and started practicing Pilates in 2004 been doing a mixture of Mat & Reformer Pilates, ranging from traditional, dynamic and boot camp styles. Over these years Darren has explored what you can achieve from doing Pilates and has incorporated this with Yoga and Active Isolated Stretching, to achieve a more balanced body.
After having practiced Pilates for several years and having a real passion to teach it seemed the right time to pursue a career in teaching Pilates. Darren decided to study with Balanced Body the largest Pilates Company in the world, and completed his Balanced Body Level 3 CYQ Certification in Mat Pilates in 2011. Darren is currently working towards completing his Balanced Body Reformer Pilates Teacher Training Programme, having completed level 1 .
Darren is always looking to learning new techniques and love’s to keep his knowledge up to speed, along with learning the Reformer and the Orbit he is now studying on how to incoprate Active Isolated Stretching to give his clients a complete workout.
