Over the last four months I have been intrigued with the orbit and have been playing around, or should that be experimenting, on the various possibilities of what can be achieved and seeing how far I can challenge my body. I have to say I have been really impressed with the workouts and have felt it in my whole body, but especially in my abdominals.
The Orbit™ is inventive offering multi-functional workouts that strengthen and stretch the body and can be used for personal training or group fitness classes. If you are looking for a fun, full-body workout that challenges you then the Orbit™ could be for you!
I have been amazed with the number of exercises you can do which include both circular and linear movements, and ranging from mild to complex.
It’s an amazing core workout as your abdominal muscles are always engaged, and have to say when you do the advanced moves you can really feel the abdominal muscles working. On top of that you will also increase upper body and lower body strength, along with improved flexibility and balance. You will rotate, flex, extend and stretch your way to a longer, leaner, healthier you.
So to sum it up – if you are looking for a total all-around great mind and body workout, then you should try an Orbit™ workout. I’m currently doing 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 session’s on the Orbit™ and if you would like to do a free trail 30 min class then get in touch, I’m sure you will love it as much as I do.
The Orbit™ was created by Octavio Galindo and developed in collaboration with Balanced Body.
